Adam serves as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of The P4 Companies, where he oversees business operations, human resources, finance, risk mitigation, and policy development. With nearly twenty years in the security industry, he has built a reputation for leadership, innovation, and operational excellence across multiple sectors.

His career began at Target Corporation, managing security, safety, and loss prevention for high-revenue retail operations exceeding $400 million annually. He later joined Securitas Security Services USA, where he directed one of the region’s largest portfolios and advanced business development across commercial real estate, data centers, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Adam’s leadership is rooted in advancing the profession through education and collaboration. A former president and consultant to the Illinois Security Professionals Association, he helped drive its growth and professionalization. He continues to contribute to industry advancement through active involvement with ASIS International and the Special Agents Association.
