Kevin Conway serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at P4 Security Solutions, where he leads security operations across multiple vertical markets and oversees more than 80 client sites throughout the Chicago region. With over 26 years of combined experience in the security and military sectors, Kevin has managed large-scale projects that deliver measurable results for clients across commercial, institutional, and government environments. His strategic oversight ensures each site operates efficiently, profitably, and in full compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.

In addition to his private sector leadership, Kevin continues to serve his country as a First Sergeant for a Brigade Headquarters Company, where he acts as the commander’s senior enlisted advisor. His military background reinforces his commitment to discipline, accountability, and mission success in every aspect of his work at P4.
