Paul serves as Executive Vice President and Principal at P4 Security Solutions, bringing nearly two decades of experience across both military and private sectors. He oversees compliance, daily operations, partner relations, and strategic growth initiatives while guiding company policy, recruiting, training, and HR development. His leadership ensures P4 maintains the highest standards of professionalism and operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Paul has led large teams and coordinated security for major national and international events, including the NATO Security Conference, President Obama’s election night, the ASIS International Conference, and the Chicago Cubs World Series parade. His expertise combines real-world operational command with a deep understanding of public safety and crisis management.

Paul remains an active industry leader, serving as President of the Illinois Security Professionals Association, Chair of the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police Public/Private Liaison Committee, and 2nd Vice President of the Special Agents Association. He also holds the Certified Protection Professional designation from ASIS International.
